What is going on? How to report this?

We have our new iPhone 16pro currently running 18.1.1. So both hubby and I have our phones set to only charge to 80% which it has been doing so we kinda stopped paying attention to it but I just noticed when I picked mine up from
Charging it was charged to 95% ( prob would have gone to 100. I checked setting and the setting is still set to 80% I told hubby he checked his and his was charged to 100% and also still set to 80% so we think the latest update broke that. How can we get it reported so they will fix it

Easiest, if totally blind method, is to send an email to feed...@apple.com.


Apple’s Product Feedback page may offer a little better. It’s tied to Apple Support, but still fairly blind once you submit your issue.


Check back on the Mac news/discussion sites, including Apple Discussions, but an itch in the back of my head suggests this is correct behavior…
