Candidate Checklist: (Mandatory Documents to carry for interview process) 1. Updated resume 2. Copy of Offer Letter & Last three months’ Payslips from the current employer 3. Please note further conditions: 1. Referrals for above-mentioned skills are eligible for “Double Referral” program. 2. This double referral program is valid only if your referral joins before 31st Oct, 2013. 3. Referrals will be accepted for all current open positions across CI – India, against specified job description & job number only. 4. Double your Rewards campaign will be applicable from 13th Sep’13 to 31st Oct’13 only 5. Any referral who joins after 31st Oct, 2013 will not be eligible for the double referral program. Also resumes received prior/post the campaign start/end date will be considered under regular referral bonus plan. 6. Suitable resumes for this requirement already existing in our database will be considered under regular referral bonus plan. 7. A full-time diploma/Degree in B.E./ B.Tech/ B.Sc/ BCA/ MCA/ M.E./ M.Tech/ M.Sc/ BA/ BCom. is mandatory. 8. Candidates who have been interviewed in the last 6 months are not eligible. 9. All resumes will be screened and only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. 10. All other conditions of referral policy will be applicable for this program, which includes the referral bonus payout and any change in the policy will apply here.
