thank you for your prompt answer. Let me shortly introduce the main project activities that you get a global picture and be able to understand the needs for different materials in different moments from your side.
Our project mostly addresses 2 target groups, young people (secondary schools students) and their teachers and general public of Vojvodina through project's public events.
The firsts group shall be outreached at the first step of the project with 20 one-day Human Rights Workshops in 17 towns in Vojvodina. The targeted number of young people outreached is 25, some teachers and school staff will be present as well. The main theme of the workshop is human rights in general, but with focus on rights of minorities, people with disabilities, young people and women.
We would appreciate materials (brochures, leaflets etc.) dealing with Human Rights in EU, if you have in hard copy the EU Declaration on HR, that would be perfect or anything that you can link to the theme, like children rights in the EU etc.
Secondly, we would also appreciate the general promotional materials, like bags, pencils, what ever you have and its sits on your table, this is a perfect opportunity, since we are going to take it to 17 towns in Vojvodina!
On the other hand, I am aware that our target group is big (we would need at least 400 items), so another solution is to make a package per school. That would mean to make 20 packages of promo sets. Any combination that you find suitable, since you better know what you have on the storage, is possible.
Our project will produce the leaflet and some small gadget (later on some T-shirts, but these are for public events). We will prepare a standard conference material for each person (having EU flag and everything as by the Contract), but it would be great to add more EU visibility to it.
When we agree what's possible and you say it's packed, the Students Cultural Centre of Novi Sad (SCCNS) will organise a pick-up, there is no need to send things to us.
Once again, thank you for your support, we are very grateful for it. Later on, we can also speak about your presence as the EU Info Centre on our public events, should you be interested in such additional promotion. Those will be taking place April-May next year.
I stay at your disposal should you have any additional questions or queries,
Kind regards,
Marija Popovic (Zmaja)
