Dear Marija,

pleasure talking to you this morning and learning more about your project and the SCCNS.

I am glad that we can provide you with a good selection of promo material produced by our EU Information Centre for your workshops. We have in stock 400 copies each for the below mentioned publications in Serbian language, which we agreed would be very useful for your worshops:
- EVROPSKI DNEVNIK 2011 2012 - it might be the case that the students have received their copy during the previous school year, but it is a brochure specially made for this target audience and contains a section on human rights issues. We are glad to promote the Diary which is an EUD project supported by relevant Ministry, and this version is the 4th edition and continues to be the only non-EU language version.;
- EUIC flyer: information on the EU Information Centre
- Factsheet Antidiscrimination: EU policy and achievements
- Factsheet Volunteering: Its good for you
Please kindly let us know if you consider any other publication we produced as interesting by looking at the following link http://www.euinfo.rs/services/publications.html

As to the EU Policy on Human Rights, I share the below link where you can download the Charter (unfortunately we don't have print copies nor translation into Serbian) as well as other relevant information

I would kindly suggest for you to also check on EU BOOKSHOP available publications on human rights on EU languages for your reference desk at the workshops http://bookshop.europa.eu/en/themes-cbsS0KABst8rMAAAEjcqkY4e5J/. You will note that you can order 1 copy free of charge publications that will arrive to your home address.

As to the promo material unfortunately we are unable to provide you with promo material for the workshops, but we are ready to provide you with 20 sets which you could give to each school/Director.

As to other interesting activities and possible cooperation with EUIC, I hope you will take on board my proposal to contact me and the EUIC and we shall gladly look into how/where we can take part gladly.

Last, I am on leave as of Saturday and in view that your workshops are starting on 16 September, may I suggest that we get in contact last week of August to agree on delivery of mentioned items.
Please note that our EUIC Public Space Officer Aleksandar Jovancic, on copy of this e-mail, 011/3229922 or 011/3221996 will be in charge of coordinating and contacting you for follow up of this request. He is on leave until 22 August.

Best regards,

Dubravka

Dear Dubravka,

thank you for your prompt answer. Let me shortly introduce the main project activities that you get a global picture and be able to understand the needs for different materials in different moments from your side.

Our project mostly addresses 2 target groups, young people (secondary schools students) and their  teachers and general public of Vojvodina through project's public events.

The firsts group shall be outreached at the first step of the project with 20 one-day Human Rights Workshops in 17 towns in Vojvodina. The targeted number of young people outreached is 25, some teachers and school staff will be present as well. The main theme of the workshop is human rights in general, but with focus on rights of minorities, people with disabilities, young people and women.

We would appreciate materials (brochures, leaflets etc.) dealing with Human Rights in EU, if you have in hard copy the EU Declaration on HR, that would be perfect or anything that you can link to the theme, like children rights in the EU etc.

Secondly, we would also appreciate the general promotional materials, like bags, pencils, what ever you have and its sits on your table, this is a perfect opportunity, since we are going to take it to 17 towns in Vojvodina!

On the other hand, I am aware that our target group is big (we would need at least 400 items), so another solution is to make a package per school. That would mean to make 20 packages of promo sets. Any combination that you find suitable, since you better know what you have on the storage, is possible.

Our project will produce the leaflet and some small gadget (later on some T-shirts, but these are for public events). We will prepare a standard conference material for each person (having EU flag and everything as by the Contract), but it would be great to add more EU visibility to it.

When we agree what's possible and you say it's packed, the Students Cultural Centre of Novi Sad (SCCNS) will organise a pick-up, there is no need to send things to us.

Once again, thank you for your support, we are very grateful for it. Later on, we can also speak about your presence as the EU Info Centre on our public events, should you be interested in such additional promotion. Those will be taking place April-May next year.

I stay at your disposal should you have any additional questions or queries,

Kind regards,
        Marija Popovic (Zmaja)
