JOB DESCRIPTION

- RECRUIT AND MANAGE A LARGE TEAM OF ADVISORS.
- IDENTIFY AND PROVIDE THE TRAINING NEEDS OF THE ADVISORS AND DO JOINT FIELD CALLS WITH THE ADVISORS.
- DRIVE THE TEAM TO REACH TARGETS ON TIME.
-RESPONSIBLE FOR ESTABLISHING AND STRENGTHENING RELATIONSHIP WITH CUSTOMERS.. 
-FOLLOWING-UP ON LEADS OF HIGH NET WORTH INDIVIDUALS.
-LEAD THE TEAM TO ACHIEVE THE TARGET.

-SHOULD POSSESS GOOD  NETWORKING AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS. 
-MIN 1 YEARS OF SALES EXPERIENCE.
