Dear Sadh Sangat ji,

After witnessing such a successful grand elaborated publicized production with the Sikh Awareness event last week, we know SVG sangat can come together as a unit to help with any task, either small or big. Therefore, SVG is once again counting on your contribution in being an awesome sevadaar to let's all work together for the Guru Ghar!

SVG is preparing to relocate to a new building effective middle of Dec (12/12/15 - 12/30/15).

New address: 2356  Walsh Ave, Santa Clara

Moving schedules/ timeframe are listed in the spreadsheet.

We are URGENTLY seeking as many sevadaars to help SVG pack/ organize/ cleanup for the pre & post move.

This is a sangat team effort.

12/12/15 Sat & Sun: Start packing   
12/17/15 Fri night: Raid Fogger/ Evacuate Raggees/ no one in building overnight   
12/18/15 Fri: Move right away eg - Bhai rooms, shoe rooms, kitchen stuff   
12/18-12/25: Move stuff to new location   
12/26/2015 Sat: Start new location   
12/25-12/30: Clean up current location   

Lets all work together in making this an institution true to its name ' Sangat Da Gurdwara'.

May be I missed something.   I was told, that we can not move to new building until it is renovated.   Dec. 18th Mgmt. is getting key, then renovation until Dec. 25th. Then Moving between Dec. 25th - Dec. 31st.

You are right.

12/12-12/18: Clean up/ pack/ organize at current location

12/18:  have key access to new location

12/18 - 12/25: move stuff to new location

12/26: SVG Gurdwara sahib 1st day of operation at new location

However SVG says we should start preparing this weekend. They gave me the schedule so I go by what was instructed. Mgmt team can answer your question.

I will be there this Sat 12/12 (all day) to start cleaning/ organizing/ packing, so pls feel free to sign up on the spreadsheet. There are so much to do in so little time. Need as many sangat as possible for the pre & post move. Only 2 weeks away & it comes & goes in a blink of an eye. Let's not waste time & get into action.
