SVG: on and off line

Then move the cursor down a bit. You will see some SVG code. But
when opening it offline, the design displays good. But after
uploading it to a web site, only the code, but not the design,
displays. I just wonder what is wrong with the SVG code. Offline is
good, but online is bad.
