Still a problem on prototype.js and svgweb: If svgweb is loaded before
prototype.js in MSIE 8, an error is thrown: "Object doesn't support this
property or method - prototype.js line 196, character 7" When loading
svgweb after prototype, the error does not appear.

SVGweb runs on Flash plugin...
Flash is a "deprecated de-facto standard", SVG (.svg and .svgz formats) now
plays the role of de-facto, after more than 10 years of de-juri (W3C)
role...

For static SVG rendering only IE8 is not usable, but IE9 (that supports
SVG) completed 1 year in March 2012.

SUGESTION: use SVGweb only for animations (SVG Animation - SMIL).

This tool is for browsers that DONT have SVG, which some projects
unfortunately still have to support.
