What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.i want to read the svg file and do some changes to the fiel and create a
svg file with the modified changes.
ex:like i want to add id inside the svg image tag.

should create a svg fiel with changes,and i want to read all svg tags from
code

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system,
browser, and version of Flash?
windows,chrome
