I have a Centos 6.3 VPS running Java 1.7, Tomcat 7 and SVN 1.6
When I drop the Sventon (2.5.0 JavaHL) war into Tomcat, my Tomcat instance becomes unresponsive.  Not just on /svn but on my /jenkins url too.
The browser just goes into the 'loading' state indefinitely
The Catalina log doesn't give any errors or warnings
Anything I can do to diagnose the problem?

Hi!

Please check the file sventon.log, below tomcat/temp/ for any warnings
or errors.

Regards
Jesper

I ran into that issue as well.  PermGen problem found by inspecting catilina.out.  I increased -Xmx512m -XX:MaxPermSize=256m which worked great for me since Iam deploying a grails application on tomcat as well.  BTW i am using Apache Tomcat/6.0.35 and Java 1.7.0_21-b11 on Ubuntu 12.04 (3.2.0-41-generic-pae)
