Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead cross-functional projects focused on enterprise platforms including ServiceNowSAP CPQ, and ServiceNow SURF. The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen combined with exceptional project management skills, particularly in systems integration, configuration management, and quoting solutions. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, developers, and business units to ensure project objectives are met on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects involving ServiceNow, SAP CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), and ServiceNow SURF.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

Act as the liaison between business and technical teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications.

Manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, including quoting tools and SAP CPQ.

Coordinate change management, user training, and post-deployment support.

Proactively identify project risks and issues; develop and implement mitigation plans.

Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.

Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate for the project.

Maintain compliance with data governance, security policies, and IT best practices.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 2 years in technical project delivery involving ServiceNow and SAP CPQ.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, CMDB, and custom applications.

Hands-on experience with SAP CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) implementations or enhancements.

Familiarity with ServiceNow SURF (ServiceNow Unified Request Framework).

Experience managing quoting process automation and pricing engines.

Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana).

PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred.

Preferred Skills:

SAP Callidus CPQ solutions

Experience with different types of products in SAP CPQ.

Knowledge of integration between CPQ and ERP/CRM systems.

Familiarity with SAP or other cloud-based solutions.

Experience with Salesforce or CRM integrations.

Working knowledge of APIs and data integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).

ITIL certification or strong understanding of IT service management processes.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
