Hi Team,

We have an urgent requirement for an experienced Ping Security Analyst. Please share suitable consultant profiles matching the below requirement.

Position Details
  • Title: Ping Security Analyst
  • Client: TCS
  • Location: Dallas/Plano, TX 75024 or St. Louis, MO 63110 (100% Onsite)
  • Duration: 12+ Months
  • Number of Positions: 01
  • Experience Required: 8–10 Years
  • Interview Mode: Virtual
  • Work Authorization: USC / GC / GC-EAD / H4-EAD / L2-EAD
  • Note: Valid Passport Number is mandatory. LinkedIn profile should be old and well-established.
Must Have Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • PingFederate
    • PingAccess
    • PingOne SSO
    • PingDirectory
  • Expertise in Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols including:
    • SAML
    • OAuth
    • OpenID Connect (OIDC)
  • Experience controlling, monitoring, and auditing privileged access to systems and applications.
  • Ability to develop metrics, alerts, monitoring integrations, and operational dashboards.
  • Knowledge of Azure Cloud and DevOps practices.
  • Programming knowledge in Java and/or Python.
  • Scripting experience using:
    • ARM Templates
    • Ansible
  • Working knowledge of RDBMS/SQL.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Configure and troubleshoot PingFederate components including:
    • Identity Provider (IdP) and Service Provider (SP) connections
    • Policies
    • Selectors
    • Adapters
    • Contract Mapping
  • Manage:
    • Access Token Management
    • Access Token Mapping
    • OIDC Policies in PingFederate
  • Create and manage within PingAccess:
    • Applications
    • Rules and Rulesets
    • Coarse-grained authorization policies
  • Onboard applications into PingAccess and PingFederate environments.
  • Provide support through ServiceNow ticketing processes.
  • Perform application troubleshooting and ensure timely ServiceNow responses.
  • Participate in 24x7x365 on-call support rotation (PagerDuty).
  • Manage and renew security certificates.
  • Monitor and report IAM Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and access-related issues across environments.

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production support environment.
