Blood Donation to Thalassemia patients - Sunday 31st

Hi All,
We visited Indo-American cancer Institute on republic day, distributed the food sponsored by Mrs.Krishna Mohan, to poor patients in the dormitory and the ones staying in the traffic island. We could see that it was much needed to them, they started eating as soon as we gave.
Pediatric ward was heart breaking as always, but, the kids had fun when we made them play musical chairs and we gave food, biscuits, chocolates and fruits. Parents also felt happy and relaxed for the brief time we were there. Pictures are at http://picasaweb.google.com/svechha/RepublicDay2010.
We took a tour of blood bank and the director explained about the shortage of blood. It motivated us more towards the “Blood Donation Drive” on 31st Sunday.
I SPECIALLY REQUEST ALL VOLUNTEERS TO BE THERE ON SUNDAY AT 2.30PM AND BRING YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY ALSO TO DONATE. Please forward this mail to them.
