Regarding fees collected without reason

I think PC certificate is the temporary certificate and our mentor also stated the same when we ask for the temporary graduation certificate they are not able to produce to the students

From google:

Provisional Degree Certificate is a temporary document provided by a university until a permanent degree is issued

Any pc fee will  be refunded?

I hope i will get reply . I can't come to the college now so please don't ask come here and discuss please.  Vexed with these replies
