IV B.Tech ECE - External Viva-voce and Project Report submission - reg.

Dear Students,

All are hereby instructed to submit the final copy of the project report (hardcopy) duly signed by the respective supervisor and HoD in the format sent earlier by 5 PM on or before 25.04.2023 to the respective coordinators . As per the academic calendar, the external viva-voce (offline) is scheduled during 01.05.2023 to 05.05.2023. All the students who are carrying out an internship should make themselves available for the viva-voce by making necessary arrangements and the required permission at your workplace. The final examination dates will be finalised based on the examiners availability. This will be intimidated apriori to all the students after finalising the dates.

1. Each batch has to submit two additional copies along with a student copy. For example, if a batch contains 4 students, they have to submit a total of 6 hard copies of the thesis. 

2. Softcopy in two CDs including thesis, paper publication, certificate of presentation (if completed), 10 minutes video recording(HD quality) of the software simulation / working hardware model.

3.  CD contents mentioned in sl.no. 2 must be copied in the folder available with section coordinator. (filename should be batch number)
