We’re excited to share with you a new ESC volunteering opportunity starting in Palombaio, Southern Italy, hosted by Associazione Regen ETS. This project offers young people the chance to experience a sustainable lifestyle while actively contributing to agroforestry, eco-building, environmental education, and community engagement.

Project Overview – “Roots of Change”
📍 Location: Palombaio (Bitonto), Italy
📅 Duration: 6 months
👥 Looking for: Volunteers aged 18–30 from EU countries
Activities include:

Agroforestry and permaculture practices

DIY eco-building projects
-
Biofertilizer production
-
Community workshops and environmental education
-
Communication and content creation (e.g., social media)
Living & Practical Info:

Shared accommodation on the hosting farm

Organic vegetarian meals provided
-
Local transportation covered
-
Monthly allowance of food + pocket money
Training & Support:
-
On-Arrival and Mid-Term Training by the National Agency
-
Weekly internal workshops (e.g. on communication)

Language learning platform
-
Support from experienced mentors
Participant profile:
We are looking for young people aged 18–30 who are:

Interested in sustainability, inclusion, and intercultural learning

Proactive, open-minded, and team-oriented
-
Basic knowledge of English or Italian is required
