Dear Long,

Further to the introductions from Caroline and Alex, it is a real pleasure to be connected with you, especially after reading such lovely comments from Caroline.

As Alex mentioned, we are in the process of setting up an office in Ho Chi Minh City, and we have just started recruiting positions related to trip operators, finance and HR.

I have attached the job description for one of the positions which is perhaps most suitable for students of tourism studies.

If there is anyway you may be able to assist us it would be most appreciated.

I do hope that we may also have a chance to meet face to face when I’m in Vietnam next.

Many thanks,

Ramsay Kerr
Director

Dear Long,

As I mentioned, my co-director, Ramsay Kerr is leading on the development of our office in Ho Chi Minh City.

He is already recruiting for some new roles as we make the move from having our operational hub in Shanghai to Ho Chi Minh City. There will eventually be a range of junior roles to more managerial ones.

He’ll be in touch with further details and hopefully we can work together.

Thanks

Alex

My dear Caroline!
(And Hello Alex!)
Thank you very much for your email and your kind words.
I am glad that my name is known amongst many scholars and leaders.
In fact, i have a quite good network all over Vietnam and possibly some parts of the world.
I would be happy if i can support Alex in finding the staffs for his branch office.
Alex, feel free to drop me a note about what you need me to support.
With kind regards
Long

My Dear Long

A possible opportunity.

One of our Madrinha mentor's Mr Alex Seigel, is Joint Lead The Dragon Trip Company ..operating Group tours to Asia specialising in budget travel for backpackers on adventure tours.
They are planning to open an office in HCMC Vietnam this year.  Looking for approx. 30 staff.

He and I talked yesterday about the possibility of linking with yourself in recruiting new staff members for this office.

My dear Long, I truly hope you and Alex have the possibility of working together.  I am aware you are based in Hanoi and Dragon Trip's office will be in HCMC but tourism is one and to me you are the strongest guiding light in Vietnam today on tourism and travel.   When I meet fellow leaders in this area around Asia, your name is known to all.

Emails above.     If I can support or assist in any other way please let me know.
Kind regards
Caroline
