Reminder on the potluck - June 2 at 5:30pm (start time) in the parish center.

Below is the latest information that I have on the potluck, thanks to Susan keeping track.

If someone can do diced tomatoes and hard corn taco shells, I think we will be good.   Note everything is going to be mild unless someone brings a med or hot salsa.  I am fine with mild.   John & Sue can you bring silverware and plates and napkins?

Set up (come by 5pm) – Joni, Mark

 

Clean up (From 7pm until done) - Susan, Mark

 

Taco Meat - Mark Mc  (have my own taco seasoning recipe, so gluten free, dairy free and mild)

Cheese gluten free - Rosemary

Black beans - Colleen and Ted
