Our next meeting is May 5 at 5:30pm in the Knights of Columbus Room.

I will send out the electronic copy of the agenda probably on the 5th.

Please let me know if you think you will make the meeting so I know how many copies to make.

Since we have new interested people, if you want to be be removed from receivig emails, just let me know.

Instead of a formal meeting, we are doing a Taco bar potluck on June 2 in the Parish Center.  Start time is 5:30pm and is open to all family members.

Reason:

Haley Withrow and her family (Landon with Wesly and Evelyn) will be moving to Kansas City, so this is a farewell.  AND it happens to be Haley's Birthday!   

A.  I will need a headcount by 22 May.  This will give everyone enough time to purchase ingredients, etc.  If you aren't sure but think you might, still indicate that you are coming.  

B. Setup/Cleanup time

1. Setup - please show up by 5pm to help.

2. Cleanup will be from 7pm till done.
