ServWare Integration with the US SVdP National Membership Portal
Conference Updates
- ServWare has been updated to allow each US SVdP conference to synchronize conference member information between ServWare and the National Membership Portal.
- This update, which will be available to Conference administrators, will allow information from the National Membership Portal to be imported into ServWare, or ServWare membership information can be submitted to the National Membership Portal. This will alleviate the need to update SVdP conference membership information in both ServWare and the National Membership Portal.
- New member synchronization options have been added to the Admin->Conference Members page to allow the following:
- Synchronization of individual conference members between ServWare and the National Membership Portal.
- Synchronization of all conference members between ServWare and the National Membership Portal.
- Ability to view member synchronization events for the conference.
- A ServWare Member Synchronization document has been added to the ServWare Help and Support page in the ServWare files area. This document describes the options for synchronizing members between ServWare and the National Membership Portal.
- ServWare Conference Administrator Training Videos
- The ServWare Conference Administrator training videos page includes several videos related to conference member synchronization.
