Dear SVdP:

I received a call from Austin Carter at 2814 Ruggles St, Omaha 68111who said he tried the church that was referred to him through SVdP but they said he didn’t qualify because of something like a “lifetime” policy. He had received help in 2019. He said his MUD has been turned off and the minimum due is $649. He has $190 he can put towards it. I told him I would share with you and you might be able to advise him on resources or help to connect with any entities. You may reach him at 402-510-0241.
