DRIVING REMINDERS:  California law requires to use headlights whenever the wipers are activated. If you see emergency vehicles stopped along a roadway, the law requires vehicles to move over if able to do so safely. With prolonged weather such as this prediction, it is wise to carry chains with you.  Have extra warm clothing in your vehicle, along with snacks and a drink such as Gatorade.  Cold weather can dehydrate the body as quickly as hot weather, thus Gatorade or an equivalent electrolyte drink is a wise choice.
