Job description
Associate Software Engineers are required to join Informatica's Global Customer Support team. In this position, candidates will apply their critical thinking and persuasion skills to become a trusted advisor to our customers on technical issues by providing ongoing technical relationship advice over the entire life cycle of a technical problem, from inception to resolution. Candidates will also have the opportunity to collaborate with other Principal Lead Engineers in order to ensure operational performance.
