Dear Sir/Madam,

Please note that the seating arrangement will be made to accommodate the Graduands of 2020 & 2021 Passed out batches in multipurpose hall. It occupies the entire hall. It is impossible to accommodate even parents of Rank Holders. 

Therefore, parents are not permitted inside the hall. 

Live streaming is available and the parents can view the event from anywhere through our website.   

Please communicate the same to Graduands immediately without fail.
