Hi Friends,

Vinayaka Chavithi is to on Aug 29th 2014 ( FRIDAY)

For the past 3 years we made and delivered Eco friendly (With natural clay) Vinayaka Prathimas.

Continuing the tradition, we (Sathseva volunteers) are  making Vinayakudu Prathima this year too and all proceeds go to http://www.sathseva.org/  which is non-profit volunteer organization for creating and maintaining awareness in healthy living. We are going to give only the base Prathima. It is up to you, how you want to decorate and dress up swami.

 

 

Nimajjanam : Just leave it in any lake/creek/sea OR just dissolve the moorthy overnight  in the water and pour into any plants area. This is all natural clay.

 

An amount of $5 or more donation is expected.

 

After some requests for a stand for the Prathima, we have identified and provided a reusable stand. If any one is interested to have, we will be providing at a nominal price for an extra $2.. 

 

Note : Since Prathimas making is done by volunteers, we need lot of effort and strength and we can only make limited in number. We are looking for volunteers to help us. To volunteer or own a prathima, please send mail to mjam...@yahoo.com  or sreen...@yahoo.com  and also please spread the message.

 

Prathimas are available for pickup from Sunnyvale location. If you are unable to pickup personally, we now have delivery points at Sunnyvale/Cupertino/Fremont/San Ramon. Once prathimas are ready, we will let you know where and when to pick up/
