Please try these
remedies.
1. Disconnect the electricity from the little black box (with
a green or amber light on it) from the power source (all outlet). If you also
have a router, disconnect the power supply from it as
well.
Wait five minutes. Reconnect the power supplies
to box and to router. Reboot your computer. give it time to connect. See
if you have a connection.
2. If that doesn't work, carefully check the
cables that run into the black box, into the router, and into the computer.
These should be tight and not come loose with a slight tug. You can remove
these and then plug them in a again, but beware. If you do not plug the cables
in exactly as they were before you unplugged them, you can damage your
equipment.
We find that many if not most of the problems members of the
coop experience are caused by their own connections and not ours.
If
neither of these remedies works, let me know. Include your street address so
that I will know which transmitter you are receiving signals
from.
