TheX's is an American animated television series created by Carlos Ramos for Nickelodeon. The series centers on a nuclear family of four highly trained spies who must conceal their identity from the outside world but normally having trouble in doing so. The show consists of a single 20-episode (38 segments) season, running from November 25, 2005, to November 25, 2006. Although it was compared to The Incredibles and Alias,[1] Ramos has stated that the show takes inspiration from the James Bond film series, the 1960s TV series Get Smart, and the 1960s TV series The Avengers.[2]

The X's work for SUPERIOR, a covert agency sworn to defend Earth from evil. Mr. and Mrs. X have their daughter named Tuesday, their son named Truman, and many gadgets at their disposal. An organization called S.N.A.F.U. (short for Society of Nefarious and Felonious Undertakings) led by the evil Glowface is continually trying to cause trouble for the X's and other SUPERIOR agents through their plans to take over the world.

The series takes place in 2006, according to the episode: "X Takes a Holiday." The location of the show is in a coastal city, likely somewhere in the United States, as Mr. and Mrs. X have used the country's currency in the episodes "Secret Agent Manual," "Wealth vs. Stealth," and "Train Rex."

After production wrapped in late 2006, Carlos Ramos and director Dave Marshall moved on to work on Ni Hao, Kai-Lan's pilot and series. Ramos left Nickelodeon in June 2007 after working as a character designer.[8][9] CG Supervisor Ernest Chan, along with voice-director, writer, and Dave the Barbarian creator Doug Langdale, moved to providing 3D special effects and writing episodes of El Tigre: The Adventures of Manny Rivera respectively.[10]

Tuesday wants the family to learn how to bowl. Their lessons get crashed by Glowface, Lorenzo Suave, Sasquatch, and Brandon who were annoyed that they are bowling when not trying to stop their heists.

As confirmed by Carlos Ramos on Tumblr, he had written an episode in December 2005 titled "Bro Face," which would have been about Glowface's brother coming to visit him. This story would have been a part of episode 18 or 19, given that episode 17 at that time was in production since summer 2005.[13] Nickelodeon scrapped the episode in favor of "a more kid-centric story."[14]

The series aired on Nickelodeon and premiered in the United States on November 25, 2005, with three back-to-back episodes.[15] The final episode aired on November 25, 2006. As of 2007, "Theater of War" / "Breaking Camp" remain unaired in the United States.

The X's premiered in multiple countries throughout Latin America in summer of 2006,[16][17] along with Germany on February 10, 2007,[18] and in South Korea from 2008 to 2009.[citation needed]

While the series never saw any official complete series releases, there were two Nick Picks volumes that each included an episode in 2006 and 2007. The episode "To Err is Truman" was to be featured on the Nick Picks Vol. 6 DVD, with a release date for August 7, 2007. The DVD and the Nick Picks series overall were cancelled for unknown reasons.[22]

During the mid-2000s, Nickelodeon featured comics for The X's in Nickelodeon Magazine. It is currently unknown how many comics were produced. However, the last known comic, "In Like Fish" (Written and illustrated by Kyle Baker), was featured in the October 2006 issue.[23]

Leave it to X-Men '97 to devastate us and then drop one of the biggest, most unexpected plot twists I've seen in a very long time. The emotional whiplash from this show is almost too much, but damn is it so good.

I understand episode limits and time constraints, and why episode 4 combined both Motendo and Lifedeath. It was a good opportunity to juxtapose some heartbreak with some lighthearted, goofiness that the show was missing. However, the decision to combine Storm's important character arc, where she has a revelation about her worth and purpose and how it directly pertains to her powers, with Professor Xavier's return from the dead is one that undercuts the arc completely.

The first six episodes of X-Men '97 are available now, with the remaining episodes set to drop weekly. For more, check out all the X-Men '97 Easter eggs you might have missed, our list of all of 2024's new X-Men comics, and our guide on how to watch the X-Men movies in order.

The television series Sonic X is infamously known for it's declining reviews and very well unliked character Chris Thorndyke. I myself can't stand him. The show ran from 1993-1996 I think and has had a total of I think 78 episodes total. However, there do exist two lost episodes of Sonic X, episode's 79 and 80, but no one has heard of the obscure and infamous episode 81, or as it's another title, Episode 80 since neither 80 nor 81 were ever released.

This episode did get two different dubs: an English one released in the US, and a Japanese one, with German subtitles for some strange reason. When the episode aired, it was pulled from airing only 5 days after the release, but not through any complaints or anything, because 4Kids had realized the depressing and rather snuff content featured in the episode. The episode's presence and existence are scarce since it hasn't aired since April 30, 1996. However, I guess a friend of mind used to record each episode of Sonic X, including the extremely terrible ones, quote on quote, nearly all of them, but he used to be such a Sonic fan, he didn't care. When I remembered that, I looked at the discs he put the episodes on. There was a true "Episode 80", or Episode 81, as the previous two were unaired. So I made the decision I'm not sure I should have done. Looking at what we call Lost Episode Creepypastas, everyone seemingly wishes they never watched it, but I DID! OK? I'm a sick person.

Unfortunately, the DVD did not work, as it was in ungodly condition, and the player did not read the disc. Well, there was an alternative. My friend was able to record this specific episode, as well as all of the 1st and 2nd seasons on VHS, including this episode, which I'm not sure, was from either season. I don't think so. If it was it would have been planned to be. I think this episode was from a later season...if there was one. Alright, what about the episode?

So, I sat down with that particular friend and put the tape in the VCR, and watched some Sonic X.It began with the traditional Sonic X intro. No music edits or anything, unlike the previous counterpart "Episode 80", just the Gotta Go Fast intro. So that played as it should have.

The only real difference was the lighting in animation was slightly darkened by about 20 percent, in shade, or gamma, or WHATEVER you call it. So then the episode began. From the info my friend was able to tell me, the episode's title was "Infection". It opened up with a silent camera panning over a brightly lit blue hallway, that seemed to have some messages written on them. They looked like numbers, displaying dates. One read 6/11/1979. In fact, most of them were on that date.

If you look at them with a good memory, this listed the death of John Wayne, and the reason these were written neither of us can condone. There was also a picture of WWE Superstar The Undertaker on one of the walls, which really confused me, as nothing in the Sonic universe that wasn't from the Sonic the Hedgehog series is ever mentioned, as far as I know. So, we go into this bedroom, most likely belongs to Sonic. He was sitting on his bed, looking pretty sad, and visible tears could be seen dripping from his eyes. Tails came on into the room and began talking to Sonic.

That was obviously out of character for Sonic. He was never like this. Maybe in a few Fanfics, but in the show, he was never THAT angry. Sonic takes the mailed letter that Tails had brought to him. I don't really think it was mail because there was no stamp or envelope. Instead, it was just a waded up pink piece of paper with a heart sticker on it. It was a love note. From the obsessive Sonic Fangirl Amy Rose, who else would it be? You know, at this point I wondered what was going to happen since Sonic had broken his character. Sonic reluctantly accepted. "Oh, I guess I was wrong. Maybe Amy likes me as well!" He said. He then smirked at the camera, smugly. Hang on a minute, was Sonic playing around? I thought he was. But truly, I knew something was coming. So, Sonic had told Tails to tell Amy he accepted. But when he told him to, he sounded like he was going to burst with rage. When Tails tried turning back, Sonic told him to "JUST DO IT". But his voice sounded deeper. His blue fur began to get darker. So, Tails rushed off to Amy to tell her Sonic said "Yes." When he found Amy, as you would expect, she was painfully annoyingly eager. But some are aware that Amy is not such a fan of Tails. When he tried to tell her, she at first didn't want anything to do with it at all. But, when Tails explained, she was pleased. Back in Sonic's room, Sonic's fur was a little darker than the end of his last appearance. He looked in a mirror and there was no reflection. Maybe he was a Vampire or something...Amy was walking to Sonic's house, around an alleyway, which also had stuff pinned on it. Such as:
