Men's Retreat planning for 2009

Dear brothers,

Greetings on behalf of Men’s Ministry.

Many of you have participated in last year Men's Retreat.  I hope you enjoyed it and were inspired by the message from Pastor Wally Yew and the sincere sharing from many brothers.

 

Once again, Pastor Wally Yew will be our speaker this year.  The date of the retreat was set at 11/14 and 11/15. The main theme is TBD. We are in the process of forming the retreat planning team. Therefore, we are looking for a few brothers to participate in planning the treat logistic and coordinate on some tasks as list below.

Treasurer

Hotel coordinator

Food coordinator

Promotion coordinator

General helper

Please pray for the smooth planning and organizing the retreat. More importantly, please consider to join the retreat planning team. Working with the brothers from different fellowship and background was a rewarding experience to me.  I am sure your valuable contribution and ideas will make this another successful retreat. If you would like to help out on any of the above tasks or want to find out more, please do not hesitate to contact me or any other Men’s Ministry core members (Lawrence, Elvis and Jin) by the end of March.
