Job Title: Jr. SQL Server DBA
Duration : 6 +Months Contract
Location: Los Angeles, CA 

 

Responsibilities:
Provide general Tier II (first and second level) DBA support services on existing production MS SQL, Oracle and DB2 databases.

 

Responsibilities:
Meet project dates and deadlines
Provide after hours support which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
Daily use of SQL, stored procedures, db unload/load procedures, db backups
Database administration on MS SQL 2000/2005/2008/2012
Database administration on Oracle and DB2 (windows and Linux versions)
Administration of MS SQL technologies such as: SSIS, Report Server, Analysis Services, TSQL,  BCP, DTS packages
 
Qualifications:
High level of competency with SQL, stored procedures, db unload/load procedures, db backups
extensive database administration skills on MS SQL 2000/2005/2008/2012
hands on database administration skills on Oracle 11g and DB2 9.7 (windows and Linux versions)
Hands on knowledge of SSIS, Report Server, Analysis Services, TSQL,  BCP, DTS
