Louie Run and Vineman Send Off

As you all know next week, June 21, is the Louie Run and our Vineman send-off! Following the run we will have a potluck to wish all the Vineman staff and participants - fairwell. We would like all the mentors to please ask your peeps to participate in this event.
Also, let them know everyone will have a chance to share their own personal story about their honoree, if they choose to do so. For those of you who do not know Louie or have never heard of Louie, this is your chance to come hear his story, and find out what LLS meant to him, before cancer took his life!
We have assigned all the coaches, captains, mentors and your participants to bring something to share with everyone. Mentors, please be sure to forward this to your participants and ask them to bring the food item that you have assigned to them. (enough to serve 6 -8 people) . Also, if you bring something that requires a cooler please bring or make arrangements with someone to bring a cooler.
We appreciate all your help and look forward to a delicious potluck!
Sue/ Lydia: Plates/Napkins/Utensils/cups/
Coaches: Cheese slices
Mentors & Captains: lunch meat – (bring enough to serve 6 people)
Donna Florio's Peeps: Chips, dip, drinks
Penny Beeston’s Peeps: Condiments (onions, sliced tomatoes, lettuce, mustard mayo pickles etc…)
Teresa Emmet’s Peeps: Fruits/Veggie/Salad
Vy’s Peeps: Bread/rolls , dessert

In past years, mentors have made posters for each participant, which are signed by staff and delivered to their rooms the night before the race. Some years, each mentor has done their own posters. The last few years, the mentors have coordinated efforts and worked together (and with other staff) on this project, and it has worked quite well.
What's the plan for this year? Can someone please coordinate this effort as necessary so we can send off our participants with all our good wishes on race morning?
Thanks for all that you do to make Ironteam a special experience for each and every participant.
