This is a SERIOUS topic… We have 102 registered volunteers and participant and I only have 56 H&L’s

 

I hope that you all understand how important it is for us to have Health and Liability Waivers filled out.  Back in June/July, I sent out a request to all teams to have you/them fill this out.  We still have people that have not completed the request.

 

Coaches, I know that it is Taper/OYO Trainings.  But if you are out with the participants, please communicate this to the participants as well.  Mentors, please review the list below and send out the link below and ask your Mentees to complete their H&L by tomorrow.  Especially if they are doing IMLT

 

Here is the list of people that have completed their H&L.  If there are any Vineman participants coming out to trainings they need to fill this out too.
