Hello Dear Friends,

I hope everyone is doing well and well prepared for the holidays. And, I hope these email addresses still connect all the folks from Suzanne's writing group. I spotted the attached article today, and my mind was instantly transported to the writing class, where Suzanne told us weekly that a writer is allotted three exclamation points. That's all - three exclamation points -lifetime, that's all - three- not four not five - three for the writer's lifetime - that's it. No more. 

Well, it seems the world is full of people ignoring Suzanne's rule, and the exclamation point is spreading like a deadly virus.

=)  Hello Tom =)  Nice to hear from you =)  I hope all is well in your world =)  I don’t like the exclamation point…I always seem to see it as yelling?  But as I’m typing, I wonder if I overuse the smiles??  LOL?  Maybe =)  But I’m always smiling!  Won’t have it any other way =)  Enjoy your holidays =) XO Kim
