Good Doctor for Soft Tissues Damage

මගේ කකුලෙ පොලවට අඩිය තියන හරියෙ ඇගිලි වල ඇතුලෙන් වේදනාවක් එනවා. මට හිතෙන්නෙ Soft Tissues වල මොකක් හරි Damage එකක් වෙලා ඇති කියල. 

මේ සම්බන්දව ඉන්න හොද වෙද්‍යවරයෙක් කියන්න පුලුවන්ද?

I guess you should go to OPD before Consulting a specialist. Never judge it yourself.

thanks for the reply Sameera.

I went to the family doctor, he gave some gel, but no cure.

And he didn't direct me to a consultant.

I'm 33 yrs old.

and bit overweight.

My dear Son,

If I am his doctor I will tell him that this injection is painful but it brings and end to the problem.  The doctor should carefully map the most painful spot from the under surface of the heel and give the direct intra muscular injection at 90 degrees and inject with a long acting steroid (we call it KENACORT A40 in NZ but I know it is availlable in Sri Lanka) and like magic it works even on the following day.  I have experienced this right through out my practice period...
