Key Details: 

February Grad Fairs (Recommended)

• Feb 25: 9 AM - 4 PM

• Feb 26: 9 AM - 4 PM

April Grad Fairs

• April 23: 8 AM - 6 PM

• April 24: 7 AM - 4 PM

Location: SUU Hunter Alumni Center

What Students Will Receive/Can Do:

• Pick up cap, gown, & tassel (FREE)

• Explore special stoles (Legacy, Gratitude, Tradition Keeper)

• Donate to their Senior Class Gift for Giving Cords

• Collect honor medals (if applicable)

• Receive an Alumni Relations gift

• Enjoy a complimentary treat

How You Can Help:

1. Share this information with faculty & staff, in your classes and department meetings

2. Include details in your department newsletters or communications

3. Encourage students to attend the February dates to avoid the April rush

4. Email Grad Fair information to your students

5. Display the attached flyer in your department areas

If you have a student who can’t make it to the Grad Fair, please encourage them to find a friend to pick up their regalia and fill out the Regalia Authorization Form.

**For ONLINE STUDENTS: There will be a grad fair held in April on the dates of commencement, so if they are planning to walk, they can pick up their regalia when they come to campus for graduation- no need to make a separate trip.
