Hello!

My name is Christine Rose Schermerhorn! I am a working actress on the board at Off The LaneFounded by artists for artists, our mission is to enrich and engage the creative community through accessible artistic resources, opportunities, and events; continued education; and the production of new, experimental work.

Our Mentorship Program pairs mentees with working actors to help acquaint them with the standards of the industry. Over the course of the program cycle, Mentees will meet with their individual Mentors once a week virtually (or in person depending on location/availability) for 8 weeks. The Mentors will cover a wide variety of topics such as housing, transportation, networking, finances, entertainment industry insight, resources, and training.

If you have seniors or alumni that are working to have their materials agent-ready, send them our way! The Mentorship Program is completely FREE for all participants!

We are currently conducting interviews and students can apply below!
