About the Festival: 

Noori Screendance Festival is an annual festival based in Salt Lake City that celebrates independent films that center dance and movement.

In 2026, Noori will take place in-person at the Sorenson Unity Center in Salt Lake City, Utah on Friday, February 27 at 7:00pm and Saturday, February 28 at 2:00pm. A Q&A with the filmmakers and collaborators will follow both screenings.

In 2026, Noori will also present a screening at Southern Utah University in Cedar City, Utah over the same weekend.

Noori presents short dance films that are 12 minutes or less. Presented films will be offered a $150 honorarium.

Noori Screendance Festival is made possible through the fiscal support of loveDANCEmore, a Salt Lake City nonprofit dedicated to supporting independent dance.
