In collaboration with the SUU College of Education, TDAA has one scholarships available for Dance/Dance Ed majors to contribute to community engagement projects under the mentorship of Associate Professor Danielle Lydia Sheather (see below). Priority consideration will be given to Dance and Dance Education majors, but all TDAA majors with experience with Dance and Musical Theater are encouraged to apply.
Cedar Middle School is seeking a choreographer to help stage their Spring Musical (Title TBA). The majority of our practices are from 1 - 2:35 pm, Monday through Thursday. Fridays are from 11:28 to 12:40 pm.
About artsFUSION: The ArtsFUSION Scholar Program gives SUU students the opportunity to observe and assist local elementary arts teachers and to participate in elementary arts projects. Students who are selected will receive a $1000 scholarship in the spring of 2025 which will be applied to tuition through the SUU scholarship office. ArtsFUSION scholars participate in 12 hours of arts education related activities including at least 6 hours of community arts education service, in collaboration with an assigned SUU professor.
