SUU Student Auditions

If you are a Southern Utah University Student and would like to audition for the Utah Shakespeare Festival's 2026 acting company, including our SUU/USF Acting Fellowship program, please follow the link below to sign up for an audition time.  The auditions will be November 6-7 from 1:00p - 5:00p in the Frehner Rehearsal Hall in the USF Administration Building.  The link for sign-ups opens October 27th:

Audition Material

Please note that audition slots are 8 minutes long, so your audition material should be no longer than 6 minutes in total.

Non-singers should prepare one Shakespeare monologue (no sonnets, please), and a contrasting contemporary monologue.

Singers should prepare both monologues as described above, and 16-32 bars of a Broadway-style song that demonstrates your range and vocal prowess.   Bring your sheet music and an accompanist will be provided.
