Upgraded to MVC3 .NET4

I've just upgraded the software to MVC3 .NET4. I'm also now using
NuGet for package management.

There are a number of outstanding defects, so I wouldn't use the trunk
just yet:
http://code.google.com/p/sutekishop/issues/list

I plan to get those fixed ASAP and get a new download up in the next
few days.
