Error on Creating Home Content.

Hi,

I logged into the site using admin username: ad...@sutekishop.co.uk,
password: admin, I tried to create the contents in Home, but I get the
following error.

The UPDATE statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint
"FK4FEDF4B6E53A5F80". The conflict occurred in database "SutekiShop",
table "dbo.ContentType", column 'ContentTypeId'.
The statement has been terminated

I tried to debug I get the error in CMSController.cs file.

Let me know your comments..
