Thanks a lot for the blog posts and the actual code itself. Had a
couple of quick questions:

- Is there a 'Getting Started' guide/wiki for folks like me who find
it a little difficult to follow all at one?

- In a previous thread you mentioned that Multi-tenancy was lost in
the switch to NHibernate - wasn't sure if this was reintroduced or is
about to be.

Thanks!

Hi Seekay,

There is no getting started guide as such, apart from the brief
instructions on the main product page (on google code) about
installing and running. A getting started guide would be an excellent
idea. I'll add it to my long to-do list. What kinds of things would
you like to see in it? I was also thinking of recording some screen
casts showing the basic operation of Suteki Shop, do you think that
would be a good idea?

Yes, the multi-tenancy was lost with the move to NHibernate. However
it's my intention to re-introduce it. I'm planning to devote a few
weeks to the software from the end of May and multi-tenancy is first
on the list of things to do.

Are you planning to use the code in a project? If so, I'd love to hear
about it.

Well, if you put everything that I want to see in a Getting Started
guide, it'll end up being a book! :) (which may not be a bad idea by
the way).

I would (humbly) suggest some information on how the different pieces
fit together from an architecture perspective, and then maybe dive
deeper into your thought process about the more complex areas. More
than the code itself, its how and why you, as a much more experienced
developer, built it that way that makes it more interesting. Of
course, this could very well be a series of blog posts (or a book/
ebook that I wouldn't mind paying for) instead of in the wiki.

I'm not really building a store/ecommerce application (at the moment),
but the same concepts/architecture/methodology would apply to most
real-world (read "non-demo") apps, and I would love to understand the
inner workings and learn from it.

Thanks!

I think an architectural overview would be an interesting thing to
write. I'll certainly consider it. It might make an interesting series
of blog posts :) I don't expect you can expect to see a book though...
although I wish I had the time for that.

Watch this space, I'll see what I can do.
