Hi Chris,

Thanks for using Suteki Shop, I'm very happy that you've found it useful. I like the design of your site, very clean. Let us know when it's live, I want to put together a list of people who are using Suteki Shop. If you have any particular enhancements for the software that you want to share, please send us a patch.

TestDriven.NET is a really nice test runner, so I just use that.

Hi All,

Just wanted to say hi --

Im building a website for my Dads sheet business and decided to use
Suteki Shop.

Saw Mike present this last year at at Microsoft and always remembered
it.

I have customised some of the code and added the following things so
far

-- Departments (have categories)
-- Suppliers
-- ProductDetail -- (Size/Colour/Dimension/Material/Price)
-- Excel upload and importer

Ill be looking to implement search functionality & perhaps templating
of product displays

There is still along way to go but Im hosting what i have done so far
on my home server here

http://81.179.252.106/ -- site will eventually be hosted here --
www.bedlam.net.au

Im happy to share this code with you once Im finished if you like.

A few questions

I usually use Gallio/MBUnit

Do you run NUnit & Test driven using this http://nunitforvs.codeplex.com/
(vs integration)

Just wondering what your setup is really?

Thanks again for such a great contribution to OSS

Cheers

Chris McKelt

Hi Chris,

The best thing is to create a patch with your subversion client (tortoise or whatever) and submit it as an attachment on an email to this list. The best patches are small ones that cover a single feature. Huge patches with loads of changes in them are difficult for us to check and are less likely to recieve prompt attention.

Looking forward to seeing your stuff.

Thanks
Mike

Thanks Mike

I am going to integrate my changes with the latest code.

How would you like patches submitted to you?

Is there a preferred format?

Chris
