Sunday, March 3 2013 Urban walk Level II - Toronto, Earl Bales Park DISPLAY FOR PRINTING
DURATION OF HIKE PACE TERRAIN
3.0 hrs 4 km/hr Variable - a few hills, paved and dirt paths
Dropout at any time, Hiking boots, No dogs, Refreshments after.Depart 1 pm, NE corner of York Mills Rd and Yonge St. Meet inside York Mills Centre, street level, across from security desk.Sophie Chuchra, (416) 482-9843 or soph...@bell.net This is a loop hike. We will explore the Don Valley Golf Course and Earl Bales Park. Wear appropriate footwear for icy and/or muddy conditions. Bring a hot drink and snack. 



Updated Sun, Mar-3, 10:00AM, King City Trail system ORTA Map 2; 4km; Slow to Moderate pace; 1.5hrs. This hike on the KingCity Trails takes you through local streets and wooded trails. Bring icers. New meeting place – Wellesley Park parking lot, on west side of Keele St. immediately north of King Rd.

Dropout at many, Beginners, Refreshments after.Depart 9:30 am, entrance to the Eglinton West subway station.There is parking available immediately to the west of the station on the north side of Eglinton Avenue. We will finish with a walk over the Don Valley viaduct into the vibrant Danforth area for lunch.
