meeting tomorrow?

Hello Everyone

After talking with several ST members we feel it might be best if we had a meeting tomorrow. There is just a lot of stuff we need to decide on really soon. Things like the budget, rules for funding for student projects and website outline we need to be decided soon so that we can start working on projects for this year, the fun stuff:) not to mention inviting in our new members.

 

So  some of us were thinking that a weekend meeting might be good-gives us  more time and that way we can get all of this stuff dealt with and out of the way as soon as possible. There simply is not enough time in the week to discuss all of this stuff-unless we have really long meetings or meet several times a week.

 

So please let me know if you could make it to a meeting tomorrow morning-maybe as early as 10 or anytime until 2. And then there is also time on Sunday. We would probably meet at Haseltons-just keep the coffee coming:)

group, I am indeed very interested on getting involved and helping out
with the projects you have.
Unfortunately I dont think i will be able to make it to the meeting
tomorrow but I will love to gather with you some other day so i can
get informed about the projects you have in mind or already going
on...
