Hello All,
My apologies to new members who have been waiting impatiently for Sustainable Trent updates. Don't worry, we are ironing out this year's logistics details and are excited to meet all of you and talk about upcoming projects! Our first general meeting will be this Monday September 24th in the KWIC center, which is located in the basement of the Environmental Sciences building next to the Crypt... please email if you need clearer directions. We will be discussing our website, this year's organizational structure, and then brainstorming to see what everyone is interested in doing. We will send out an agenda closer to the date.
Also, please come out to the KWIC/Sustainable Trent Open House this Thursday (tomorrow) from 10am-2pm, also in the KWIC center. Good conversation, good food, and a chance to meet some of the people you will be working with this year. KWIC (The Kawartha World Issues Center) also does some amazing projects and we are kind of under their umbrella so it's definitely worth checking out. Hope to see you soon!
