Marielle,Kim and I met today to discuss our administrative logistics, and we
all thought it would be best for all of us to meet ASAP so we're all on the
same page. Now that we have money, we have to have some kind of structure,
which we'd like to talk about before our first general meeting with new
members. How is Monday for everyone? I know its the first day of classes but
this will be just a very short meeting to have a vote to decide on our
structure, and we figured everyone would be on campus that day. I suggest
5pm. Please email us back, at sustaina...@gmail.com , to let us know
if this woudl work for you. We want to have as many people attending as
possible, so we can reschedule if absolutely necessary.
Our basic idea is to divide the group into working groups, with coordinators
for each sub-committee. This would be more practical, while still adhering
to our round table policy. Come out to the meeting as Marielle can explain
better than I can.
One last thing... don't forget that we are still needing to fill up some
volunteer slots for ISW, so make sure to look at your old emails and find
the schedule Marielle sent a few weeks ago. It will also be on the google
groups site.
