Sustainability Club Potluck Dinner!

Hi All,

Our general meeting this Wednesday is going to work a bit differently than usual. We will be having a Potluck Dinner as a follow up to 'Forks Over Knives.' Feel free to either come early and help us cook , or bring a dish of your own. The dinner will be at 143 Evanston. Come at 6:00 if you want to help cook, and 7:00 if you just want to eat and socialize. Also, friends are welcome, so invite them! I hope to see everyone there!

Here are a few of the dishes we already have planned for the evening:

Eggplant Parmesian

Spaghetti Squash

Ryan's Mystery Soup

Kale Chips

Quinoa

Lemon Couscous

Finally, we will also have a Sustainability Club yearbook picture on Thursday, February 20th, at 8:25 P.M. in Boll Theater. Please arrive no later than ten minutes before this time so that we are ready to go.
