Please submit testimony to the 

Board of Land and Natural Resources (BLNR) 
in support of the State's acquisition of a 
conservation easement over 654 acres 
of undeveloped coastal lands from 
Kawela Bay to Kahuku Point.

Encourage the State to include 
North Shore Community Land Trust (NSCLT) as a co-holder or co-manager of the easement to ensure that the community has a direct representative to help steward and manage the easement and 
the resources it protects.
