! Testimony needed for Fossil Fuel Divestment !

We need your testimony this week to support fossil fuel divestment at UH .

WHEN/WHERE?  Thu Jan 8 @ 10am in Room 105 of the Information Technology Building at UH Manoa. We are 1st on agenda. Meet at 930am. If you plan to join in person, e-mail jmo...@hawaii.edu.

WHAT? the Budget & Finance Committee of the Board of Regents will hear testimony in support of the campaign to divest UH from its millions of dollars invested in dirty fossil fuels. This global movement 

HOW? submit testimony directly to the BOR (b...@hawaii.edu) by close of day Jan 7 and/or come in person. See attached an example of a testimony from Donald Gould.

We will be rehearsing our testimony on Tuesday January 6 from 3-5 in the conference room of Kieffer Hall at Chaminade University.  If you're unsure of anything, please read below.  See you there!

DO NOT GO OVER 2.5 MINUTES. PRACTICE AND TIME YOURSELF. Identify yourself and those you represent. State your position---clearly--within your first few sentences. Tell the truth.

Keep your testimony as short and simple as possible.
