Dear Sudbury Resident/Stakeholder,
Thank you for participating in our recent Climate Conversation Survey. Your input, along with over 350 other respondents, is helping shape a more resilient Sudbury. We're excited to invite you to our upcoming events that combine community health and climate resilience:
The Climate Resilience and Flu Clinic Event Series
Join us for a unique opportunity to protect your health and contribute to Sudbury's climate resilience priorities! At this one event you’ll be able to:
- Get your annual flu shot (optional).
- Review key findings from the community survey and share your thoughts on flooding, transportation resilience, green spaces, and community capacity.
- Enjoy snacks, musical performances, and take home some Healthy and Climate Resilient Sudbury giveaways!
Event Series Details:
1. Senior Flu Clinic (65+)
- Date: 9/25/24
- Time: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
- Location: Fairbanks Community Center, 40 Fairbank Road
- Register here for your flu shot
- Special feature: Live piano and string trio music to enjoy while you wait!
2. Town-wide Flu Clinic
- Date: 10/5/24
- Time: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Location: Curtis Middle School, 22 Pratts Mill Road
- Register here for your flu shot
Important Note:
Registration is only required if you want to get a flu shot. All are welcome to participate in the Climate Resilience Workshop, no registration needed!
What to bring:
- Government ID
- Insurance Card
- Wear a short-sleeved shirt
