Dear Sudbury Resident/Stakeholder,


Thank you for participating in our recent Climate Conversation Survey. Your input, along with over 350 other respondents, is helping shape a more resilient Sudbury. We're excited to invite you to our upcoming events that combine community health and climate resilience: 

 

The Climate Resilience and Flu Clinic Event Series 

Join us for a unique opportunity to protect your health and contribute to Sudbury's climate resilience priorities! At this one event you’ll be able to: 

  1. Get your annual flu shot (optional).
  2. Review key findings from the community survey and share your thoughts on flooding, transportation resilience, green spaces, and community capacity.
  3. Enjoy snacks, musical performances, and take home some Healthy and Climate Resilient Sudbury giveaways! 

Event Series Details: 


1. Senior Flu Clinic (65+)

  • Date: 9/25/24
  • Time: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
  • Location: Fairbanks Community Center, 40 Fairbank Road
  • Register here for your flu shot
  • Special feature: Live piano and string trio music to enjoy while you wait!

2. Town-wide Flu Clinic

  • Date: 10/5/24
  • Time: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Location: Curtis Middle School, 22 Pratts Mill Road
  • Register here for your flu shot

Important Note:  

Registration is only required if you want to get a flu shot. All are welcome to participate in the Climate Resilience Workshop, no registration needed!


What to bring:

  • Government ID
  • Insurance Card
  • Wear a short-sleeved shirt
