Companies are increasingly asked to make their products more sustainable to meet stakeholder demands, achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2050, and reduce the burden on our planet.  However, transitioning to Earth-friendly products can be challenging, given customer, market, and operational dynamics. Companies that innovate to meet these challenges can rise to the top in their industries.

As part of our Leaders in Sustainability track, Sandra Noonan, Chief Sustainability Officer for Just Salad, will share the company's journey as they became the first restaurant chain to implement carbon labeling on its menu and operate the world’s largest reusable bowl program. Hear what they learned as they transformed their product offerings into some of the most environmentally friendly and transparent ones in their industry.

Time: 5:30 - 7:00 PM EST
